We pride ourselves in having well maintained indoor facilities for hire, and the wider site with field, enclosed play area and picnic space for all to enjoy.
As well as private functions, the Main Hall and Terrace Room are hired out regularly to clubs and associations for the younger generation and many adult classes for all abilities. The building has full wheelchair and pushchair access.
Bagshot Tennis Club is affiliated to the BPFA, has their Club Room at the Pavilion, and is a vibrant and welcoming club for all ages and abilities with 5 fabulous lit courts!
The BPFA committee of volunteers are solely responsible for the running and maintenance of the Pavilion facilities, including the grounds.

The playing fields are located just outside the pretty village of Bagshot in Surrey. In the past Bagshot served as an important staging post between London Southampton and the West Country. Evidence of this can be seen with the old mile stones and inns dotted along the A30 (London Road) that runs through the village. Bagshot was also a well known hunting ground for highwaymen, the most famous being William Davies, who always paid his debts in gold, but eventually met his fate at the hangman’s noose.
Bagshot is famous for its cosy, traditional pubs and these have proved popular with wedding guests and, most importantly, the grooms, who often pop in for a quick drink (or two) before their big day! You may even bump into the Duke of Edinburgh, as he lives nearby in Bagshot Park. Any rugby fans might like to know that the England Rugby team have their training base at the beautiful Pennyhill Park and Country Club, which backs onto the BPFA grounds.
